These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Mock Test Success™, part of the ExamEase™ family of 11+ resources.

By booking a mock test, purchasing an upgrade, accessing our resources or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Mock Test Success™ provides 11+ mock test experiences, performance feedback, parent resources and related educational support.

2. Bookings

Your child’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your selected mock test, including the date, time, venue and any important instructions.

It is your responsibility to check that all booking details are correct, including:

- Child’s name

- Date of birth

- Exam type selected

- Mock test date

- Venue

- Parent contact details

- Please contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. What Your Booking Includes

Your booking includes the mock test experience stated on the order form at the time of purchase.

Depending on the product selected, this may include:

- One or more mock test papers

- A Winning Answers Session™

- A performance report

- Access to included ExamEase™ parent resources

- Any additional bonuses clearly stated at the time of booking

Included bonuses are digital resources and may be delivered by email, download page, customer portal or another digital method.

4. Winning Answers Session™

The Winning Answers Session™ is designed to help children understand key learning points, common mistakes and useful exam techniques.

It is not intended to reproduce, distribute or release the full mock test paper.

We may select specific questions, topics or teaching points to review during the session.

5. Mock Test Papers and Intellectual Property

All mock test papers, questions, answer materials, resources, reports, worksheets, videos, explanations, branding and digital materials are owned by Mock Test Success™, ExamEase™ or our licensors.

You must not:

- Copy, photograph, scan or reproduce our test papers

- Share our materials with other families, tutors, schools or businesses

- Upload our content online

- Sell, distribute or adapt our materials

- Record the Winning Answers Session™ without written permission

- Use our materials to create competing products or services

Mock test papers are not returned to parents or children unless we state otherwise.

We reserve the right to vary question content, order and difficulty while maintaining an appropriate assessment standard.

6. Parent and Child Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that:

The child arrives on time

The child brings any required stationery or materials listed in the confirmation email

Accurate medical, allergy or access information is provided before the test

Emergency contact details are correct

- The child behaves respectfully towards staff, invigilators and other children

Children are expected to behave appropriately during the mock test.

We reserve the right to remove a child from the session if their behaviour disrupts the test, risks the safety of others or prevents other children from completing their mock test properly. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

7. Access Arrangements and Medical Information

Parents must inform us at the time of booking if their child has any medical needs, allergies, access arrangements or other relevant requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to support children where possible, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.

If a child requires medication, parents must provide clear written instructions before the test.

8. Results and Performance Reports

Where included, performance reports will usually be delivered within 48 hours of the mock test.

This timeframe may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including technical issues, staff illness, venue disruption or high booking volumes.

Mock test scores and reports are intended to provide guidance and insight. They do not guarantee any specific 11+ result, grammar school place or future academic outcome.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Mock Test Success™ and ExamEase™ provide educational preparation resources and practice experiences.

We do not guarantee:

- A pass in any 11+ exam

- Admission to any grammar school

- A specific standardised score

- A specific ranking or outcome

- That our mock tests will exactly match any real exam

Our materials are designed to support preparation, build confidence and provide useful feedback.

10. Payments

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on our systems.

11. No Refunds Once Booked

All mock test bookings are final and non-refundable once purchased.

This is because each booking reserves a limited child place, venue capacity, staffing, printing, preparation and administration time.

Please check the date, venue, exam format and booking details carefully before completing payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we cancel a mock test and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will offer either a transfer to another available date or a refund.

12. Transfers

Transfers to another date or paper are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

If you contact us at least 14 days before the mock test, we may, at our discretion, allow a transfer to another available mock test.

Transfer requests made less than 14 days before the test may not be possible.

We are not obliged to provide a refund if you cannot attend.

13. Non-Attendance and Late Arrival

If your child does not attend the mock test, no refund will be issued.

If your child arrives late, we may not be able to admit them once the test has started.

No refund will be issued for late arrival or non-attendance.

14. Illness

If your child is unwell, please do not bring them to the mock test.

We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to another available date if you notify us before the test and provide reasonable notice.

Refunds are not provided for illness-related absence unless required by law.

15. Changes Made by Us

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

- Venue

- Room

- Start time

- Test paper version

- Session format

- Tutor or invigilator

- Delivery method of reports or resources

If we need to make a significant change, we will contact you using the details provided at booking.

If we cancel a mock test and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will offer a refund or transfer.

16. Venue Rules

Parents and children must follow all venue rules, safety instructions and staff guidance.

Parents may be asked to wait outside the test room or leave the venue during the mock test, depending on venue arrangements.

We are not responsible for parking availability, travel delays or local traffic.

17. Digital Resources

Any digital bonuses or resources included with your booking are for personal family use only.

They must not be shared, copied, resold, uploaded or distributed.

Access to digital resources may be time-limited.

18. Upsells and Add-Ons

Optional upgrades, including Mock Test Insight™ or other premium reports, may be offered before or after booking.

These are optional.

Once purchased, digital reports and personalised reviews are non-refundable once work has started or the report has been delivered, unless required by law.

19. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Travel costs

- Parking costs

- Loss of earnings

- Missed school or tuition

- Indirect losses

- Disappointment with scores or outcomes

- Failure to gain entry to a particular school

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

20. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, venue issues, transport disruption, power failure, public health restrictions or other emergencies.

Where possible, we will offer a suitable alternative.
